The NCAA filed a federal lawsuit Friday against Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine for signing an executive order that lets the state's schools allow Class of 2022 athletes to play a fifth year, defying the NCAA's new eligibility rule. NCAA president Charlie Baker called it an "extraordinary step" to preserve a level playing field, while the Ohio Supreme Court also moved to weigh the order's legality.
