Real Madrid defender David Alaba spoke to RMTV and then to the media after playing his last match for the club in the 4-2 win over Athletic Club on Saturday night. He was asked about how he felt, to which he said: “I feel very grateful, not only for this moment but for these five years. I have grown as a player and as a person, with many successes. Even during injuries, this club has always been there for me and supported me. I feel it in my heart and I am very grateful. Thank you to everyone on the team, the staff, the coaches, the president, and the fans. I can’t express my feelings.”
