Jacksonville Jaguars left tackle Anton Harrison will miss the remainder of the season after suffering a torn ACL in his right knee.
The injury came to light during arthroscopic surgery Thursday. Harrison sustained the damage in Jacksonville's Week 5 win over Philadelphia while blocking on a sweep to the right by Bhayshul Tuten. After disengaging from his block, he clutched his right knee and was carted off. The Jaguars placed him on injured reserve Oct. 13.
Harrison was selected 27th overall in 2023. He shifted to left tackle ahead of the current campaign after playing right tackle as a rookie. Among offensive tackles, he sits 39th with an 83.7% pass block win rate. Teammate Cole Van Lanen, the starting right tackle, has posted an 84.4% mark in the same metric.
The Jaguars exercised Harrison's fifth-year option in April.
