The Maine Mariners announced today that CEO and Alternate Governor Adam Goldberg will step down from his position at the end of the month to pursue new opportunities. Goldberg’s departure marks the end of an era for the Mariners. While their candidates are unsure, if the Mariners look outside the organization, candidates with executive experience at the AHL or ECHL level would likely be among the leading options.
