Evening, family. A few new things just opened up around here. Here's the rundown, short and straight.
Phone alerts + the SportsMafia app
Get your replies, mentions and pick results on your phone. Tap Turn on phone alerts in the gold bar at the top of the site, or use the Push notifications button in Account > Preferences. You can also add SportsMafia to your home screen like an app. Steps for iPhone (Safari) and Android (Chrome), plus how to switch alerts off: Phone alerts & the app.
Team badges
Set your NFL, NBA, NHL and MLB teams and a team-colour badge shows next to your name in your posts and on your profile. It's all optional. Set them in Account details.
Member Picks (The Book)
Make your picks from the day's board at the posted line: 0.5 to 5 units, up to 10 picks a day, and picks are final. Everything is graded automatically and goes on your permanent record: W-L-P, units and ROI. Back another member's pick with Ride with him or fade it with Whack it. Get 10 graded picks and you're on the Made Men leaderboard. Units only, no real money, 19+.

You'll find all of it under the Contests menu, and the how-tos live in Help. Questions, or something not working right? Drop it in this thread.
Badda bing. See you on the board, capisce?
