The Cowboys waived wide receiver Traeshon Holden to make room for the signing of outside linebacker Von Miller, according to multiple reports.
Holden muffed a punt in Saturday's preseason opener against the Seahawks, while undrafted rookie wide receiver Camden Brown caught three passes for 62 yards and a touchdown.
In 2025, Holden joined the Cowboys as an undrafted free agent out of Oregon. He spent all of last season on the Cowboys' practice squad.
He did not play in a regular-season game as a rookie.
Holden signed a futures contract with the Cowboys after last season.
