Wide receiver Mike Evans isn't 100 percent, but he is in the 49ers' lineup on Sunday.
Evans was listed as questionable due to a rib injury and said late in the week that he planned to fight through the injury to play against the Broncos. Evans will be wearing additional protection on the rib as the 49ers try to move to 4-0 on the season.
Quarterback Kurtis Rourke, offensive tackle Enrique Cruz, cornerback Ephesians Prysock, linebacker Tatum Bethune, defensive end Nick Bosa, defensive tackle James Thompson and running back Jordan James are inactive for the Niners.
Linebacker Dondrea Tillman, offensive lineman Kage Casey, tight end Dallen Bentley, defensive lineman Tyler Onyedim, and quarterback Sam Ehlinger are inactive for the Broncos.
