He is among the Seahawks' inactives.
Safety Ty Okada (hamstring) also will not play, having been ruled out ahead of the game.
Emmanwori did not participate in any of the team’s open practices during camp as he works his way back from arthroscopic surgery in July to repair his right ankle. He initially injured the ankle during the 2025 season opener and then aggravated it in a Super Bowl LX practice.
Wide receiver Tory Horton (hamstring), quarterback Jalen Milroe, offensive guard Beau Stephens, tight end Nick Kallerup and defensive lineman Mike Morris are the Seahawks' other inactives. Milroe will serve as the emergency third quarterback.
The Patriots' inactives are center Ben Brown (knee), cornerback Karon Prunty, linebacker Erick Hunte, quarterback Behren Morton, running back TreVeyon Henderson (ankle), offensive lineman Walter Rouse and wide receiver Efton Chism III. Morton will serve as the emergency third quarterback.
