Quarterback Austin Simmons has re-signed with Missouri for the 2027 season, though the deal does not guarantee he will return for his final year of eligibility. The breakout star ranks fourth in the SEC in passing yards per game and is No. 12 on Mel Kiper Jr.'s NFL draft Big Board, so he could still jump to the pros.
