Alright, the family's here. Kickoff is 8:15 tonight at Soldier Field, Prime Video, so get settled.

Patriots are 4-2, sitting 2nd in the AFC East. Beat Buffalo 29-26, then put a 45-17 number on the Raiders, then handled the Jets 26-19 last week. The boys have been handling their business. I'll give 'em that.

Chicago's also 4-2. They handled Atlanta 31-23 last week, but Green Bay put a 31-7 beating on them the week before. Somebody's gonna answer for that kind of night for the Bears, and I don't feel bad about it.

Now the injury situation. Chicago has Anthony Johnson Jr. (S), Jack Sanborn (LB), and Kyle Monangai (RB) all out, and T.J. Edwards (LB) listed doubtful. That linebacker corps is thin tonight.

On our end: Channing Canada (CB), Karon Prunty (CB), and Ben Brown (C) are all out. Two corners down is not nothing. The coppers in stripes better call it straight if that secondary gets tested.

This is the big score for a team trying to make noise in the AFC. I'm not gonna sit here and tell you what happens — I pull for the Patriots and I want a win, that's all you're getting from me.

Post up during the game. The room is open. If you're in the contests, that's 19+ only, virtual money, free to join — check the site for details.

What do you make of New England going in with both corners out?

Maye down for a loss on the first real drive — word on the street is that offensive line needs to wake up fast.

D.Swift punches it in from 4 yards out, 10-0 Chicago. That defense better get wise real fast or this night is gonna get a whole lot uglier.

Challenge paid off — D.Maye scrambles in for 7 yards and the touchdown, 10-6 Chicago. That call was on the level, and now we're back in this thing.

Intercepted. Maye throws it straight into D.Jackson's hands at the goal line, touchback, 13-7 Chicago. That ball took a dive right into their secondary and somebody on that offense better have an answer.

Williams finds Burden for 24 yards and six with 0:14 left in the second — 20-7 Chicago, and that's going in the books for all the wrong reasons. Where the hell was our secondary on that?

End of the half, Maye drops that dime to Stevenson for 48 yards and six — that's a capo making his move when it counts. Still 20-14 Chicago, but we're breathing again.

I'm sore going into the locker room — 20-14 Chicago and we left points out there. Second half better look different or somebody's getting the bum's rush off this coaching staff.

C.Williams to C.Loveland, 12 yards, six points — 27-14 Chicago with 9:41 left in the third and that's it, the glass goes at the damn TV. Pour me a glass of rye because I can't watch this secondary give up yards like they're handing out favors.

Raridon hauls in 30 yards and six — that's an offer you can't refuse right there. 27-21 Chicago with 3:46 left in the third, we're back in this.

That's the ballgame — 30-24 Chicago, and this coaching staff can beat it straight out of Foxborough tonight. Heads are gonna fucking roll for this one.
