The Philadelphia Eagles will be without two of their biggest stars when they host the Carolina Panthers, as quarterback Jalen Hurts sits with a blood clot in his calf and running back Saquon Barkley misses the game with a hamstring injury. Tanner McKee will start under center for the Eagles, who are returning from an international game in London, while wide receiver DeVonta Smith is available to play. Carolina comes in with a rest advantage after its Week 5 bye.
The projected score favors the Panthers 26-19, with Carolina listed as a 3-point favorite.
In other Week 6 matchups, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers host the Pittsburgh Steelers after an upset Thursday road win over the Cowboys in Dallas. The Bucs defense has allowed the second-fewest rushing yards per game through Week 5. Pittsburgh enters after beating the Colts Sunday and will travel to Paris to face the Saints in Week 7. Tampa Bay is projected to win 24-23.
The Tennessee Titans, who are punting on a league-high 53 percent of drives, face a Colts defense that ranks 28th in total yards allowed at 384.2 per game. Tennessee is getting a full touchdown.
The Rams, coming off an overtime Monday night loss to the Bills, host the Cardinals. Matthew Stafford dropped back 54 times on 78 total plays against the Bills. The Cardinals are a 12.5-point underdog despite scoring a late touchdown against Detroit before the two-minute warning in a blowout loss.
