The Rangers are making organizational changes after narrowly missing the playoffs. Assistant hitting coach Alex Cintrón is moving to a different offensive role, while assistant pitching coach Dave Bush is out with no replacement planned. Texas also promoted Nick Hundley, Hamilton Wise and Mike Parnell to vice president roles in player development, scouting and pro personnel.
