The Charlotte Hornets will lift Muggsy Bogues' No. 1 to the rafters on February 11, honoring the 5-foot-3 guard who remains the franchise's all-time leader in assists, steals and minutes across 10 seasons. Bogues, the shortest player in NBA history, becomes just the third Hornet to have his jersey retired, joining Bobby Phills and Dell Curry.
