Jacksonville Jaguars left tackle Anton Harrison is done for the year after surgery revealed a torn ACL in his right knee, league sources told NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
Harrison underwent arthroscopic surgery Thursday, which uncovered the full extent of the damage from his Week 5 injury against Philadelphia. The Jaguars had already placed him on injured reserve on Oct. 13.
The 24-year-old went down while blocking on a running play, a sweep to the right by Bhayshul Tuten. Harrison grabbed his right knee after disengaging and left the field on a cart.
Harrison, the 27th overall pick in 2023, had been shifted from right tackle to left tackle during training camp. He ranked 39th among offensive tackles with an 83.7% pass block win rate. Jacksonville picked up his fifth-year option in April.
The Jaguars now face the challenge of protecting their quarterback without their starting left tackle for the remainder of the campaign.
