Seahawks quarterback Drew Lock says his injured right elbow is "doing a lot better" as he prepares to start Sunday against the Arizona Cardinals with Sam Darnold sidelined by a quad injury. Lock, who was limited to emergency third quarterback duties the past two games, completed nearly 73% of his passes with four touchdowns and no turnovers while filling in earlier this season.
