Los Angeles Rams linebacker Myles Garrett will remain out of practice this week, head coach Sean McVay confirmed Wednesday.

Garrett will miss his seventh consecutive game Sunday against the Chargers. He has been sidelined since undergoing knee surgery following a Week 1 loss to the 49ers.

McVay stated that Garrett has not experienced a setback but remains week-to-week. The Rams travel to face the Commanders and Cardinals before their Week 11 bye.

Tight end Terrance Ferguson also will not return to practice this week. Ferguson has been out for the past month with an ankle injury.

The Rams continue to manage multiple key absences as they navigate a challenging stretch of their schedule.

Mickey's Angle: The Rams defense keeps adjusting without their star pass rusher. Bettors should watch how LA handles the Chargers before backing them in road games against Washington and Arizona.
