Sunday Risers & Fallers — posted Monday 11 AM ET, MNF still cooking
Let's run through the big lines from yesterday before tonight's game changes the waiver picture.
RISERS
Kenneth Walker III, Chiefs — 19 carries, 128 yards, 6.7 avg, 2 TDs. He's the RB1 in rushing yards on the season (665) and 6.3 yards per carry leads the NFL. Fire him up every week, full stop.
Malik Nabers, Giants — 15 targets, 12 catches, 165 yards. Guy is a target hog, plain and simple. No TD hurts, but 5th in receptions and 7th in receiving yards on the year — he's a locked-in starter.
Isaiah Likely, Giants — 11 targets, 6 catches, 99 yards, 1 TD. Tied-3rd at TE in receiving TDs this season. Check your league, because this line is TE1 production.
Tre Tucker, Raiders — 7 targets, 5 catches, 97 yards, 2 TDs. Season ranks are modest (tied-41st in receptions, 19th in yards) so don't crown him, but that's a boom game worth noting.
James Cook III, Bills — 22 carries, 95 yards, 1 TD, plus 3 catches for 58 yards. 3rd in the NFL in rushing yards (627) and yards per carry (5.4, 5th). Workload is real.
FALLERS
Jonathan Taylor, Colts — 21 carries, 94 yards, 1 TD is fine on paper, but he's 2nd in rushing attempts (122) and only 6th in yards (492) with a 4.0 avg (21st). The efficiency just isn't there.
Germie Bernard, Steelers — 12 targets, 11 catches, but only 87 yards and tied-63rd in receiving yards on the season. Volume without juice makes him a flex at best most weeks.
Remember, MNF tonight could shake up the waiver wire. Who had the best surprise line on your roster Sunday?
