Two of three cashed Saturday, and a good night's sleep doesn't change what the ledger says: 7-14 since Oct 25, down 9.68 units.East Carolina did its job at home, 17-9 over Temple, and the Pirates at -166 paid the three-unit ticket. Southern Miss rolled at UL Monroe, 35-21, no sweat. The Oklahoma card was the sore spot. South Carolina ran the Sooners out of their own building, 42-25, and the -150 never had a pulse once the Gamecocks pulled away.
The 3-unit ledger sits at 1-1 and the one-unit tickets are 4-8, so the small stuff has been bleeding us a nickel at a time. Bankroll stands at $9,032. Fresh pot of coffee, a clean sheet, and we go to work on the Sunday numbers.
