Monday was a split decision with a bad bottom line. One winner, two losers, and the bank took a dent.

The big one first. Ohio State at +146 on the moneyline never got going against BYU, who won 94-83. Eleven points of daylight at the final, and that's a 2-unit sting.

The Clippers at +188 came up seven short at home, 125-118 to Toronto. Close enough to feel it, not close enough to cash.

The bright spot was UCLA at +180, which took Arizona outright in Tucson, 84-75. That one paid the way a long price should.

Net on the day is red, and the sheet shows it: $9,107 in the vault, down $893 since Oct 25, sitting at 10-17. The 1-unit tickets are 6-10 and the 2-unit tickets are 3-6, and that's where the damage lives. Nothing to dress up there. Dogs are the lane, and the lane has been bumpy.
