Morning sheets — Oct 29

Rough night at the window, no sugarcoating it. Three tickets Wednesday, three losers.

Calgary +163 at Edmonton got blanked 4-0, dead from the second the Oilers got out front. Tampa Bay +135 fell 4-1 to Milwaukee, one run was all the Rays could scrape together. New Orleans +165 lost 104-91 to Denver, never got a look at the lead worth mentioning.

That's three dogs in a row that never made it a game. The bank sits at $9,346, down $654, and the book since Oct 25 reads 3-9, minus 6.54 units. The 1-unit tickets are carrying most of the damage at 1-6.

New day, clean slate. Eyes on the board.

Coffee first. Numbers second.

Yesterday's Grades
2-unit Calgary Flames at Edmonton Oilers — Calgary Flames ML +163 [LOSS] Calgary Flames 0 @ Edmonton Oilers 4
Calgary got shut out 4-0 in Edmonton, so the +163 moneyline on the Flames never had a pulse once the Oilers pulled ahead.
1-unit Milwaukee Brewers at Tampa Bay Rays — Tampa Bay Rays ML +135 [LOSS] Milwaukee Brewers 4 @ Tampa Bay Rays 1
Tampa Bay at +135 never found its footing, as Milwaukee put up four and held the Rays to a lone run in a 4-1 loss that sent the one-unit play down.
1-unit Denver Nuggets at New Orleans Pelicans — New Orleans Pelicans ML +165 [LOSS] Denver Nuggets 104 @ New Orleans Pelicans 91
Pelicans at +165 never got going, falling 104-91 to a Nuggets team that controlled the game and cashed the loss on the ticket.

Michal Postava. 2 career games. Last time out, 3 goals on 27 shots, .889. Small sample, loud signal. If he gets the net, I'm looking at the Chicago Blackhawks team total over.
