The NBA's Sunday schedule features seven games, with only one double-digit spread across the board. The marquee matchup sends the Toronto Raptors to face the Minnesota Timberwolves at 7 p.m. ET on NBA TV. Minnesota enters as a 1.5-point favorite.
Several key players will miss action. Paolo Banchero of the Magic, Zach Edey of the Grizzlies, Jalen Duren of the Pistons and Joel Embiid of the 76ers are all out. Embiid rests on the second leg of a back-to-back for Philadelphia, which lists LeBron James as questionable. The 76ers may deploy small-ball lineups. "Possible even some featuring LeBron at center," the team indicated.
Spreads include the Lakers -6.5 vs Jazz, Pacers -6.5 vs Nets, Knicks -7.5 vs Magic, Thunder -15.5 vs Clippers, 76ers -2.5 vs Pistons, Grizzlies -4.5 vs Kings and Timberwolves -1.5 vs Raptors.
Injury reports also list T.J. McConnell and Ben Sheppard as out for the Pacers, while Aaron Nesmith is questionable. The Kings will be without Ben Simmons and list Keegan Murray as questionable.
