MMA fighter Jaqueline Amorim has been suspended for six months after violating the UFC Anti-Doping Policy, the Combat Sports Anti-Doping agency announced Friday.
Amorim's samples, taken July 29, 2026 and August 17, 2026 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, showed traces of ostarine. CSAD classified the substance as a prohibited non-Specified Substance in the Anabolic Agents class. The two failed out-of-competition tests were merged into one violation.
CSAD concluded the results matched low-level contamination and ruled out deliberate use. The agency also found the exposure gave "any significant performance advantage." Amorim worked with investigators throughout the process.
The ban began August 17, 2026 and runs through February 17, 2027. Amorim last fought at UFC Macau on May 30, defeating Loma Lookboonme with an armbar in round one.
